Who Am I?
Hello! My name is Elena 
 

Freediving • Yoga • Ocean Connection

I am a certified freediving instructor, a pranayama teacher and a marine biologist dedicated to helping people build confidence, awareness, and connection through breath and movement.

With years of experience in open-water training, mental preparation, and equalization coaching, I work with students of all levels from complete beginners to advanced freedivers.

My background in marine biology and ocean conservation shapes the way I teach: with precision, safety, and deep respect for the marine environment.

My approach integrates freediving technique, yoga, breathwork, and nervous system regulation into personalized sessions designed to support both performance and wellbeing.

Rather than pushing limits, I guide sustainable progress helping students to develop focus, efficient movements combined with techiniques and confidence in the water.

Whether you are discovering freediving for the first time or refining your practice, I offer structured, supportive, and tailored experiences that allow you to grow in and beyond the sea.

As a freediving instructor and a coach, I specialize in personalized training and courses that adapts to each student’s physical, mental, and emotional needs.

I work with breath control, relaxation, techniques efficiency and mental training helping freedivers to progress safely while building confidence and self-awareness in the water.

My sessions are ideal for those who want to improve performance without pressure and for anyone seeking a more mindful approach to freediving:

True Depth Begins Within

My vision integrates a holistic understanding of the human body and mind, working consciously with the nervous system and the subconscious to unlock inner capacities that often remain hidden in everyday life.

Through breathwork, body awareness, and focused attention freediving becomes a way to regulate stress responses, improve emotional balance, and access deeper states of presence and clarity.

By stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system and cultivating trust in the body’s natural intelligence students learn to move efficiently, to remain calm under pressure, and to achieve their goals with less effort and more awareness, both in the water and beyond it.

At the same time during the open water session I encourage ecological awareness, observation of marine life, and respectful interaction with underwater ecosystems.

Freediving becomes not an act of conquest, but a practice of listening, adaptation, and learning from the sea, mirroring the internal process of reconnecting with oneself and nature.
