Rooted on Land, Free in the water

The Freediver's Advantage
Lung Capacity
Expand your vital capacity and thoracic flexibility through targeted Hatha yoga stretches and rib cage mobilization.
Nervous System Regulation
Optimize your mammalian dive reflex through Pranayama. Train your nervous system to stay calm under depth and pressure.
Mindful Relaxation
Master the art of total stillness. Learn to conserve oxygen by quieting the mind and releasing muscular tension before every dive.
Pranayama for Freedivers
Master the art of intentional and consccious
breathing.
Freediving demands more than strong lungs: it requires balance.
Through structured breathwork inspired by yogic pranayama and informed by respiratory science, we train diaphragm mobility, CO₂ tolerance, breath efficiency, and parasympathetic activation.
The result is not only longer breath-holds, but calmer descents, clearer focus, and more sustainable performance in the water.
My sessions focus on CO2 tolerance,
lung expansion,
and the mental stillness
required for long meditative dives into your own depth and into the ocean's depth.
Aquatic Yoga Flow
Yoga tailored for freediver physiology.
Before entering the sea we prepare the body to yield.
This Hatha-inspired flow focuses on spinal mobility, chest expansion, hip openness, and breath integration essential elements for safe and efficient freediving.
By releasing unnecessary tension and building mindful strength, you cultivate suppleness without losing stability.
A flexible body dives softer.
A soft body conserves energy.
During my session I emphasize thoracic flexibility,
diaphragmatic release,
and nervous system regulation
to prepare your body and mind for the pressure of depth.

The way we breathe on land shapes the way we move in water
Begin Your Journey to Inner Calm
These sessions are open to everyone — not only freedivers!
Whether you want to reduce stress, improve focus, increase your energy levels, or simply feel more balanced in your daily life, learning how to breathe efficiently can make a profound difference.
In these classes I combine a science-based understanding of breathing mechanics and nervous system regulation with a holistic approach to body awareness and presence.
You will learn how to improve your breathing patterns, enhance oxygen efficiency and CO₂ tolerance, and activate your body’s natural relaxation response.
At the same time breath becomes a practical tool for mental clarity, emotional balance, and physical well-being — something you can access anytime, anywhere.
No prior experience is needed.
Just curiosity and the willingness to explore your breath.
"The breathwork sessions transformed my dives. I found a level of calm I never thought possible."
